These 55-minute 1:1 accountability sessions include:

✔️ Mission & values exercise – Ensure every decision aligns with your business vision

✔️ Guidance and strategy - Overcome obstacles and receive strategic feedback as you execute your plan

✔️ Build a project management system - Keep your plan organized and remain consistent (in your PM system of choice or a recommended PM system)

✔️ Routinely track progress with regular check-ins – Keep the momentum

You’ll receive:

ⅰ. (3, 5, or 10) 1:1 Accountability coaching sessions

ⅱ. Homework assignments added to a project management system at the end of each session

ⅲ. Call recordings and detailed project plans to reference

Next steps:

After we receive payment, you will be emailed a questionnaire to be submitted no less than 3 business days before the first call to help us prepare. Join the ZOOM link and be ready to secure new clients. Each subsequent call in your package will be scheduled at the conclusion of each call.
