As long as I can remember, I’ve been everyone’s go to. If you want something figured out, you call Luciana. If you need a human Google (or someone to search Google for you), call Luciana. If you have something new that you don’t know how to work, see if Luciana can figure it out. I had long been designated the go-to manager of everyone and everything long before I understood people make a living doing this. And I have been doing this for a very long time.
My professional journey has been long and diverse. From my very first office job as a receptionist at a leading pharmaceutical ad agency in New York City during the 90s, to producing large conferences in the United Kingdom, to being the operational lead of a small start-up nonprofit where I was pivotal in helping it scale into a competitive, multi-million dollar entity recognized globally, I have spent many years in both corporate and public service spaces. Equally as intentional as I’ve been about my career journey, I’ve been about my education.
As a life-long learner and graduate of both Fordham and Pace Universities, I continue to pursue professional certifications to remain competitive. Having recently acquired an Advanced Executive Leadership certificate from thee illustrious Howard University and a project management certification from Google, I am ready to help you turn your vision into action and maximize efficiency.
